The Standard shipping charges do not apply to Expedited orders
For Expedited orders we charge the actual cost of shipping. However, because of the size and weight of many of our products, expedited shipping can be very expensive. We will send you an email with the freight cost for your review.
We will NOT ship unless you confirm the shipping cost with us by phone or email. The cutoff time for requesting expedited shipping is 2:00 PM Pacific time. Please be sure that the email address for your account is correct and be sure to watch for the email with the shipping cost on the day you place your order (Orders placed on the weekend will ship on Monday).
Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground; Priority Mail may be used for small orders if it is the best way. If you have a preference for one or the other, state it in the Customer Order Note below.
Packages under 2 lbs. will be sent to your Bill-To address by Priority Mail
Packages under 0.4 lbs. will be sent to your Bill-To address by First Class
